Providing employees and customers with insights and views to ensure an overview of goods and services. That was the focus. The layout was intended to be open and clearly arranged. Visual order and a clear structure represent the company’s departments. At the same time, the design creates a unique atmosphere and exudes the spirit of the pirates.
The former embroidery house was renovated. The new roof truss, the large windows, the bare walls and the smooth screed form the shell and the structure. The 445 m² column-free hall remains in its original form. The charm and industrial character of the building reflects the Pirate’s philosophy as a dealer, workshop and transport company. This and the hands-on mentality were good conditions for the true-to-concept implementation of the design.
